Restumping
Restumping (also called reblocking) is the process of replacing the stumps that support your home's subfloor. Over time, timber stumps rot, shift, or sink — causing uneven floors, sticking doors, and structural movement. We replace them with new concrete or steel stumps engineered to last.

Lift & Replace

Underpinning

How It Works

Engineering Design
A structural engineer designs the underpinning solution specific to your soil type, load requirements, and home structure.
Excavation & Pinning

Backfill & Finish
Once cured, the excavations are backfilled and compacted. The site is restored and inspected before handover.

How It Works
Floor Level Survey
We survey every room with a digital level to map the extent and pattern of floor movement across your home.
Stump Assessment
Each stump is inspected for condition. Any stumps that are rotted or cracked are flagged for replacement.
Adjustment
Adjustable steel stumps are wound up or down; concrete stumps are shimmed or replaced as needed to achieve a level floor.
Final Check
We re-survey the floor after adjustment and make fine corrections until every room reads within tolerance.
